Charismatic and charming, Sarone professes a vast knowledge of the Shirishama and volunteers to lead the filmmakers directly to the elusive tribe. But the manipulative Sarone is actually a poacher in pursuit of his own mad dream: a lethal 40-foot anaconda, the largest and most vicious killer snake in the world! And so begins a terrifying journey into a nightmare as Sarone literally leads his unwilling followers into the jaws of death... an adventure few will live to tell. "Boa:" It is the dawn of the new millennium, and the world's first international highest security prison, designed to house some of the most dangerous criminals in history has been built deep in the Antarctic. Designated only as "Facility Number 1," the prison is considered entirely escape proof and those incarcerated there thought they were all alone - until now. What they are about to discover is that the icy tundra houses more than the deadly criminals - a giant and deadly man-eating snake that has been frozen solid for centuries has been awakened by the human presence, and understandably has a voracious appetite for human flesh. As the prehistoric slaughter begins, and people die gruesomely amid blood curdling horror, everyone left standing in the prison must band together to escape the paralyzing grip of the deadly creature.
