Martin D-28 Marquis Acoustic Guitar Natural Full Description

Crafted to evoke the power and projection of a pre-WWII D-28, this version differs only by using the much less scarce and more affordable Indian rosewood instead of Brazilian rosewood. The body features premium-grade solid rosewood for the back and sides; a solid Adirondack spruce top; scalloped Adirondack spruce braces; and old-style, forward-shifted X-bracing. Aging toner gives the wood a vintage countenance. The detailing and appointments are historically accurate as well, from the mahogany blocks/dovetail neck joint and slot-through saddle to the zipper-back marquetry and old-style wood fiber rosette. One year warranty on the Backpacker. Limited lifetiime warranty on other Martin guitars.
